ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the Presiding Officer, Juvenile Justice Board, Thoothukudi to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day of his surrender in Crime No.263 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The petitioner is accused of offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(i) of I.P.C and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Women Harassment Act in Crime No.263 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ directs the Presiding Officer, Juvenile Justice Board, Thoothukudi to

consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day of his surrender in Crime No.263 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police.
