It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to include sections 323, 354 of Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prevention of Harassment of Women Act,1998 and complete the investigation in Crime No.103 of 2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that enquiry has been conducted in Crime No.103 of 2016 and it has been closed as "mistake of fact". 4.Recording the submission made, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
