ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent and her police officials that Not to harass the petitioners and their family members based on the complaint of the 2nd respondent.

2. Considering the nature of the relief sought for, notice to the 4th respondent is dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that all the petitioners already appeared twice before the first respondent police and co-operate with the pending enquiry initiated by the first respondent police at the instance of the second respondent in the matrimonial dispute. However, the first respondent is continuously harassing the petitioners, requiring them to appear them before the first respondent police frequently.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that based on the complaint given by the complainant, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 05.02.2026. 2/4

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent police not to harass the petitioners unnecessarily except by issuance of summons under Section 62 Cr.P.C.,/ 64 BNSS, 2023, in case of any fresh complaint being lodged against them by the 2nd respondent. 25.02.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No dss TO:-
