ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.04.2015 and proceed with the same as per law within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 08.04.2015, petition enquiry has been conducted and closed.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the respondents are directed to serve the closure report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the learned Jurisdictional Magistrate and file protest petition in accordance with law.
