This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Na.Ka.No. /Ne.Say.Na & Ka.thu.AA/M.MM/2020, dated 10.03.2020, on the file of first respondent.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in the impugned notice, the petitioner was directed to execute bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties to keep good behaviour for one year and appear before the first respondent on 17.03.2020 and that the period has already been expired and hence, the matter has become infructuous. 3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
