Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner has been in occupation of a water body. He has been rightly ordered to be evicted. The petitioner seeks allotment of alternative house site. The learned Government Advocate on written instructions states that within one week, steps will be taken to issue patta for allotment of alternative house site.

3. We direct the respondents to abide by the outcome of the aforesaid undertaking. The writ petitioner is given exactly eight weeks time from today to vacate the petition-mentioned water body. 2/4
