To call for the records relating to the judgment passed in spl.S.C.No.172/2023 dated 17.10.2023 on the file of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Dindigul and set asid the same and acquit the Appellant/Accused from all the charges levelled against him. Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents, court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.17712 of 2023 on 07.02.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner did not have any blood relatives and hence, he prayed to modify the condition as regular sureties instead of blood sureties.

3. Mr.R.Sivakumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondent submitted that he has no objection to modify the condition as prayed for by the petitioner.

4. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel on both sides, the condition No.(i) imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.17712 of 2023 on 07.02.2024 alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two regular sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Dindigul. sd/- 07/03/2024 / TRUE COPY / 08/03/2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
