ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 294 (b), 427 and 506(ii) IPC, in C.C.No.16 of 2016, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thuraiyur, and seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner has filed a petition for anticipatory bail before the Sessions Court, Trichy, and the Sessions Court, Trichy granted anticipatory bail to him. But, due to his sickness, the petitioner was unable to appear in person and produce sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur. Hence, the respondent police has filed absconding charge sheet against the petitioner in C.C.No.16 of 2016, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thuraiyur.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner was already granted anticipatory bail by the Sessions Court, Trichy and also considering the fact that absconding charge sheet has been filed against the petitioner, in C.C.No.16 of 2016, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thuraiyur, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
