ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute of the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the second respondent Police frequently called the petitioner to the police station and harassed him under the guise of enquiry in respect of a civil dispute.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that only on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.348 of 2016 under Sections 352 and 506(i) IPC against his opponents; no case and no CSR is pending against the petitioner before the 2nd respondent Police; and the 2nd respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner.
