ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to file final report of the petitioner in Crime No.149/2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent on 03.09.2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police would submit that after completion of investigation, the final report has been filed as 'further action dropped' and RCS notice has also been served on the petitioner on 25.07.2022.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
