It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.05.2016.
2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.14 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 494, 506(i) and 109 IPC.
