PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the learned District Munsif Court, Thiruvadanai, to dispose the original suit in O.S.No.70 of 2021, within a stipulated time fixed by this Court. For Petitioners : Mr.J.Madhu * * * * *
ORDER
The defendants 1 and 2 in O.S.No.70 of 2021, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thiruvadanai, have filed the present revision petition, seeking expeditious disposal of the above said suit.
2.A perusal of the records reveal that the suit had been filed for the relief of permanent injunction not to evict unless by due process of law. 1/3
3.Pending suit, the third defendant had passed away and memo has filed by the Counsel for the third defendant to the said effect on 07.11.2024. It is the grievance for the revision petitioner that so far, the plaintiff has not taken any steps to implead the legal heirs of the third defendant and for the said purpose, the matter is being adjourned for the past seven months. 4.Considering the above said facts, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit on or before 31.12.2025.
5.With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
