ORDER

This criminal original petition is filed to issue a direction to the second respondent to file the final report in Crime No.245 of 2016 within a time frame as stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner stated that a complaint was lodged by the petitioner and the same was registered in Cr.No.245 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b) and 506(II) IPC. It is further stated that the charge sheet, though has already been prepared, is yet to be filed and that therefore, a direction to the second respondent to file the final report within the time stipulated by this Court, will be in the interest of justice.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the charge sheet has already been prepared and final report is likely to be filed within 30 days. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is inclined to issue the following direction:

"The second respondent is directed to file a final report in Crime No.245 of 2016 within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is allowed.
