O R D E R

The petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the final report filed in C.C.No.95 of 2013 pending before the Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi and quash the same as illegal. 2.The case in Crime No.4 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent police for offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 506(ii) IPC came to be registered owing to emotions boiling over regards exercise of irrigation rights between villagers. The complainant revenue assistant informs intent to give the issue a quietus and to have a peaceful relationship with the accused whom he meets on day-to-day basis. The memo of compromise dated 27.1.2015 asserts such position and the same is signed also by the respective counsel.

3.Accordingly, the proceedings in C.C.No.95 of 2013 pending before the Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi, shall stand quashed and this petition is allowed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
