When the matter is taken up for admission, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents filed a status report, which reads as under:

"3.It is humbly submitted that, Bituminous Terrace work has been done on the existing Bituminous Terrace road of having 7.00 m width which has been maintained by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Still there is no any Paver Block work has been carried out in the petitioner's land of SF.Nos.841/5, 841/6, 841/7, 841/8, 841/13, 842/2, 846/1 and 846/2 by the Highways Department. In future also, no proposal to carry out the Paver Block work in the petitioner's land of SF.Nos.841/5, 841/6, 841/7, 841/8, 841/13, 842/2, 846/1 and 846/2."

2.In view of the same, nothing is remaining for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Therefore, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
