2.The petitioner is running a Hotel in the petition mentioned premises. The petitioner complains of interference at the hands of the respondent police.

3.When the matters were taken up hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing on behalf of State submitted that the respondent police are not interfering in the business of the petitioner herein.

4.Recording the said submissions, these writ petitions are allowed. No costs.
