ORDER

This criminal original petition is filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Virudhunagar to dispose of the case in C.C.No.9 of 2011 pending on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Virudhunagar, Virudhunagar District, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Considering the fact that the case was taken on file in the year 2011 and the case is unnecessarily dragged on at the stage of issuing summons, this court is inclined to issue in the following direction:

to expedite the trial in C.C.No.9 of 2011 and to dispose of the same within the period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The respondent is also directed to cooperate with the trial by promptly serving the summons on the accused and the witnesses, so that there won't be any delay.

3.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
