ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to rectify the mistake relating to incorrect / false reflection of the petitioner's name as guarantor in CIBIL credit report / history and report the updated credit data to first respondent.
2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
3. According to the petitioner, her name is entered as guarantor for three persons who are maintaining bank accounts with a Indian Bank situated in 2/4
Mumbai. The contention of the petitioner is that she has never been Mumbai at all.
4. Therefore, this Court is directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's case and rectify the mistake within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After rectifying the entry, the respondents shall intimate the information to the petitioner.
5. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
