This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint, dated 01.10.2017.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) has produced a copy of the closure report and submitted that an enquiry was conducted and during enquiry, the petitioner herself made a statement before the Sub-Inspector of Police, Kaliyakkavilai Police Station, Kanyakumari District that she will approach the Sub-Collector to seek her remedy and therefore, the said complaint was closed.
3.In the light of the above said submission and the statement made by the petitioner, no further adjudication is necessary in this Criminal Original Petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
