ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as the sole accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of I.P.C. in Crime No.56 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6303 of 2015 was dismissed on 07.04.2015 and thereafter, he moved an application for anticipatory bail before the Sessions Court, which was also dismissed.

3.Heard both sides.

4.On 07.04.2015, this Court was not inclined to grant anticipatory bail on the ground that this is a case of job rocketing. Hence, I do not find any reasons to consider this application.
