When the civil revision petition came up for hearing on 09.06.2022 and 16.06.2022, there was no representation for the petitioner and therefore, the matter was directed to be listed today, under the caption 'for dismissal'.

2.Today, when the matter was called in the morning session, there was no representation for the petitioner and therefore, the matter was passed over and taken up in the evening session. Even then, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. 3.In view of the above, this civil revision petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
