ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to permit the petitioner to operate the bank account 1/3

standing in the name of Arulmigu Sri Mutharamman Kovil by considering the representation dated 15.03.2022.

2. The petitioner claims that he was the President of Arulmigu Sri Mutharamman Kovil.

3. The learned counsel for the second respondent, who was the erstwhile President of the Trust, submitted that the tenure of the petitioner as President of the Trust has since expired.

4. The said submission is taken on record.

5. In view of the fact that the tenure of the petitioner as President of the Trust has expired, the relief sought for in this Writ Petition does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to revive the petition if he continues to hold the post of President of the Trust. No costs.
