ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the Crime No.116 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the defacto complainant and the petitioners are close relatives and that the defacto complainant/second respondent is the son-in-law of the third petitioner. He would further submit that a case in Crime No.116 of 2014 has been registered for the offence under Sections 341, 307, 336 and 506 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ (ii) IPC on 06.06.2015 against the petitioners and after the occurrence the petitioners and the second respondent/defacto complainant has

entered into compromise and a memo of compromise has been filed informing that they are intend to settle and give the issue a quietus.

3. Considering the nature of injury suffered by the father of the defacto complainant and the close relationship between the parties, this Court accepts the memo of compromise signed by both the petitioners and the defacto complainant, as also their respective counsel.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the further proceedings in Cr.No.116 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, shall stand quashed.
