O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the proceeding in M.C.No.17 of 2017, dated 01.10.2017, on the file of the Divisional Executive Magistrate, Seranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District. The impugned proceeding is nothing but a show cause notice issued under Section 107 of the Criminal Procedure Code. The ingredients of Sections 107 & 111 of Cr.P.C are found in the show cause notice. 2.Heard, Mr.R.Ayyanar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.K.S.Durai Pandian, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The petitioners are called upon to give explanation as to why the petitioners should not be asked to furnish security bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- and to furnish two surety for a period of six months. This Court find no merits in this petition. As stated earlier the ingredients for issuing a show cause notice under Section 107 and found in the impugned notice. 4.Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. Further, it is open to the petitioners to raise all their factual objections before the first respondent. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
