ORDER

The revision petitioner / wife filed this revision to direct the Judge, Family Court, Madurai to expedite the trial and dispose of HMOP.No.39 of 2021, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Since this petition has been filed seeking early disposal of the case no notice is necessary to the respondent.

3. Earlier the respondent / husband filed a petition in HMOP.No.67 of 2017 for restitution of conjugal rights and the same was dismissed by the trial Court. Thereafter, the respondent has filed another petition for divorce and the same has also been dismissed. In such circumstances, the petitioner / wife has filed a petition for divorce in HMOP.No.39 of 2021 and the same is pending for the past one year without any progress.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to direct the Judge, Family Court, Madurai, to dispose the HMOP.No.39 of 2021 pending on its file as expeditiously as possible.

5. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
