ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint made by the petitioner on 06.11.2017.

2.According to the petitioner, the complaint has been made before the second respondent police on 06.11.2017, but no action has been taken to register the complaint of the petitioner so far, hence the present Criminal Original Petition is filed before this Court. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has filed a report stating that the second respondent police enquired the complaint of the petitioner and the during the enquiry it revealed that in this connection the Anti Land Grabbing Special Cell has already completed the enquiry. Hence, recording the same, the complaint has been closed. The closure report also sent to the petitioner through post and the petitioner also requested not to proceed further in the above said complaint.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also not disputed the above said fact.
