O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioners by calling the petitioners under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. The petitioner is a lady. She is said to have married her husband out of love. A complaint was given by her father stating that his daughter is missing. Thereafter, the petitioner has filed this petition.

4.In view of the above said facts, a direction is issued to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner since the petitioner herself stated that she has happily got married and she is not willing to come to his father. Further, the respondent police is directed to close the complaint given against the petitioner by recording her statement.
