ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(crl.side) for the respondent police submitted that petition enquiry is pending, due to non-cooperation of both the parties. 2.However, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners appeared before the enquiry officer twice, but the defacto complainant did not appear.

3.Since there is no cooperation from the side of the defacto complainant, the respondent police may close the complaint. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as unnecessary.
