O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to direct the first and second respondents to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her husband including her family members by taking necessary action against the fifth respondent.

2. The marriage between the petitioner and one Mohandass was performed on 23.08.2018 and thereafter due to some difference of opinion between the petitioner and her husband, she made a complaint before the fourth respondent. During enquiry before the fourth respondent the petitioner and her husband agreed to resolve the issue between them but the same was not accepted by the fifth respondent/mother of the petitioner. The fifth respondent and her relatives joined together and attacked the petitioner as well as her husband, thereby the petitioner has filed the present petition for police protection.

3. Today the fourth respondent/ The Sub Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Thirumangalam appeared before this Court and submitted that she will ensure the safety of the petitioner and her husband.

4.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is closed.
