When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the case in C.C.No.32 of 2022, on the file of the learned Special Court for Land Grabbing Cases, Ramanathapuram, Ramanathapuram District, has been transferred to the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Sivagangai, and the renumber was assigned in C.C.No.372 of 2023. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect. 2/4

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh quash petition.
