This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus Writ of Mandamus to call for the records pusuant to under section 107, 111 and 110 CRPC if any filed against to the petitioner before the 5th respondent and set aside the same and consequently direct 2nd and 3rd respondent conduct the proper enquire based on the petitioner representation dated 09.03.2021 and take disciplinary proceeding against the 7th respondent for the abusing process of law within time limit framed by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 3.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
