ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.326 of 2016 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same as illegal.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No.326 of 2016 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirupuvanam, Sivagangai District, it was taken on file in C.C No.43 of 2020.

3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.4836 of 2020 petition is also closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report.
