PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct R1 to instruct R2 to provide police protection to the Petitioner and his family members life and limb on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 14/3/2022 in accordance with law.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to provide police protection to the Petitioner and his family members life and limb on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 14/3/2022 in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, the second respondent police conducted enquiry and the same was closed on 23.03.2022.
