ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his parents who are residing at Door No.44/86, Kallar Street, Periya Milaguparai, Trichy on the basis of the complaint dated 21.07.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 & 2. 3.According to the petitioner, the respondents 3 and 4 were acting against the interest of the petitioner and his parents and unnecessarily making troubles to them. representation dated 21.07.2016 to the respondents 1 and 2. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the respondent police will consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.07.2016 and pass appropriate orders.

5.In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.07.2016 and to pass orders in accordance with law. 6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
