ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 4(1) (i)(a)(a) and Section 24 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act in Crime No.473 of 2016 and seeks anticipatory bail.

2. From the records it is seen that the earlier petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed on 20.07.2016 and on the very same day, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that there is no change of circumstances and prayed for dismissal of this petition.

4. In such circumstance, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
