O R D E R

This Revision is directed against the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram in C.M.P.No.3751 of 2012, dated 03.01.2014.

2. The petitioner is the complainant before the Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram and the Private complaint was dismissed at the stage of 203 Cr.P.C. Challenging the said order, the present revision has been filed.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner/complainant submitted that the matter between the parties have been settled and seeks permission to withdraw this Revision.

4.Recording the same, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as settled out of Court. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
