ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the revision petition filed by the petitioner pending on the file of the first respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.Aggrieved by the order of the second respondent, the petitioner has filed a statutory revision before the first respondent on 02.02.2022. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the revision petition.

3.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the revision petition is disposed of expeditiously by the first respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and the fourth respondent as well as any other necessary party, whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire.

W.P.(MD)No.5140 of 2022 4.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's revision petition, dated 02.02.2022, by passing final orders, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and the fourth respondent as well as any other necessary parties, whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
