Respondents 2 & 3/Tenants This Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 25 of the TN Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act 18/1960 as amended by TN ACT 23/1973 against the fair and decreetal order dated 28.2.14 passed in RCA No.37/2013 on the file of the Rent control Appellate Authority (Principal Sub Court), Madurai confirming the fair and decreetal order dated 13.9.13 passed in RCOP.NO.8/2005 on the file of the Rent Controller/District Munsif, Madurai.

ORDER :This Civil Revision petition coming on for hearing on this day upon perusing the petition the orders and decrees of the Courts below and the record in the case, and upon hearing the arguments of of M/S.D.VENKATESH, Advocate for the revision petitioner/Tenant and of MR.T.JOSEPH JEYAKUMAR, Advocate for the respondent No.1 to 9/ Landlord and this Court, doth order and decree as follows:- i. that the fair and decreetal orders passed by both the Courts below be and hereby are confirmed and the revision petition dismissed;
