O R D E R

This petition is filed for a direction to direct the respondent to file final report in FIR No.443/2018, dated 24.09.2018, on the file of the Town Police Station, Aruppukkottai, Virudhunagar District.

2.The petitioner is said to have filed a complaint before the respondent police and the same was taken on file in FIR No.443 of 2018. However, till date, there is no progress and the final report has not yet been filed. Hence, the present petition has been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondent police would submit that the investigation was completed and the final report was filed on 07.06.2019, itself, as 'Action dropped'.

4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
