Respondent/Complainant Prayer: Criminal Revision Petition filed under Section 397 r/w 401 Cr.P.C., against the order passed by Special Court for trial of cases under Prevention of Corruption Act, Tiruchirappalli in Crl.M.P.No.38/2011 in Spl.C.No.75/2011 on 26.06.2013 and set aside the same and discharge the accused and pass any such further or other orders as this court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case. ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to not press this petition. She has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as not pressed. Considering the fact that the husband of the petitioner is no more and the petitioner is an aged lady, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the case in Spl.C.No.75/2011 within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Regarding the appearance of the petitioner, the lower Court may not insist for the appearance of the petitioner for all hearings except her appearance is essentially required to make progress in the trial. Consequently connected M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed.
