ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC in Crime No.77 of 2018 and seek anticipatory bail. They have been shown as accused Nos.1 and 2.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The first and second petitioners are wife and husband respectively. It appears that the de facto complainant had transactions with one Bino Prakash and his wife Celinreena inorder to arrange a job for his son in abroad. It is further seen that the money was remitted in the account of Celinreena. It appears that the first petitioner has been needlessly implicated in this case. As regards the role of the second petitioner herein, the investigation has to be conducted in this case. Hence, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the first petitioner. So far as the first petitioner is concerned, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief and the hence this petition is dismissed in respect of the second petitioner.

conditions. Accordingly, the first petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on her appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kuzhuithurai and on her executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the first petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The first petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 5.The first petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
