ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner, seeking for a direction to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.422 of 2017 of Tiruchendur Police Station, Thoothukudi District. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would contend that the investigation in Crime No.422 of 2017, is concluded and a final report is also made ready against the accused for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 2002, and that the same would be filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchendur, within a period of two weeks.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the first respondent is directed to file a final report in Crime No.422 of 2017 before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchendur, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
