Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to order the 1st and 2nd respondents to provide police protection from 3rd to 5th Respondents and their men to the petitioner for enjoying his property ad measuring 2 Acres and 17 cents Situated at Survey No.1349/4, Mela Gudalur Village, Uthamapalayam Taluk, Theni District For Petitioner : Mr.B.Rajesh Saravanan For Respondents : Mrs. S.Bharathi No.1 & 2 Government Advocate (Crl.Side)

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to order the 1st and 2nd respondents to provide police protection from 3rd to 5th Respondents and their men to the petitioner for enjoying his property ad measuring 2 Acres and 17 cents Situated at Survey No.1349/4, Mela Gudalur Village, Uthamapalayam Taluk, Theni District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed a suit for specific performance against the third respondent father and the suit was decreed through Court and the property was in possession of the petitioner. In the meanwhile the third respondent colluded with other private respondents inorder to harass the petitioner is giving life threat. Hence the present petition is filed for police protection.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the fourth respondent has filed a suit against the petitioner for injunction and the said suit is pending. She would also submit that representation of the petitioner will be considered and orders will be passed in accordance with law.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However the respondent police is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law with in a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
