ORDER

This Transfer CMP has been filed to withdraw and transfer the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.5 of 2022, on the file of the Sub Court, Theni and transfer to the file of III Sub Court, Madurai and try along with H.M.O.P.No.158 of 2022.

2.The petitioner is residing at Madurai and has no income. Since, she is a lady, could not travel from Madurai to Theni for each and every hearings and also connected matter is pending in the III Sub Court, Madurai.

3.Considering the above facts, this Transfer C.M.P. is allowed, thereby, H.M.O.P.No.5 of 2022, on the file of the Sub Court, Theni is withdrawn and transferred to the file of III Sub Court, Madurai. The learned III Sub Judge, Madurai is hereby directed to jointly try the H.M.O.P.No.5 of 2022 along with H.M.O.P.No.158 of 2022 on its file. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
