ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under section 379 of I.P.C., r/w Section 21(iv) of Mines and Minerals Act, in Crime No.225 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3.The petitioner's earlier petition for anticipatory bail suffered a dismissal. This is a case of sand theft. The petitioner is having four previous cases of the same nature. The question of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.4976 of 2020 granting anticipatory bail does not arise. The only course open to the petitioner is to surrender and apply for regular bail. If the petitioner files any more petition for anticipatory bail, he will be visited with a cost of Rs.50,000/-. This criminal original petition stands dismissed.
