Petition is filed under Section 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to set aside the order passed in M.C.No.23 of 2014, on the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli, dated 13.11.2014.

ORDER
The petitioner is the husband of the respondent. The respondent filed M.C.O.P.No.23 of 2014, on the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli claiming maintenance under Section 125 of the Criminal Procedure Code. The trial Court, by order dated 13.11.2014, directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- p.m., towards her maintenance. Challenging the same, the petitioner has come up with this revision.
2.Today, when the revision is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no more due to renal failure on 13.07.2015. He has also made an endorsement to the said effect.

3.In view of the same, nothing survives in this matter. The Criminal Revision Case is accordingly dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
