That apart, the decision to set up the TASMAC shop has been taken up by the first respondent/District Collector pursuant to an order, dated 15.03.2022. The petitioner has to challenge the aforesaid order in accordance with law. Therefore, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as not maintainable. No costs.
