O R D E R

This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the second respondent to file final report in Crime No.171 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent, Kaliyakavilai Police Station, Kanyakumari District within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that investigation in Crime No.171 of 2014 has been completed and the case has been closed as 'mistake of fact'.

2. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petitition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. The second respondent is directed to send a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
