The writ petition has been filed for forbearing the second respondent and his subordinates or any of his authorized person from conducting the survey and demarcation of the petitioner's property in S.No.400/9B, to an extent of 0.18.00 Ares, at Vallakulam Revenue Village, Ilaiyangudi Taluk, Sivagangai District at the instance of the third respondent and her husband, namely, Kalimuthan pending the civil suit in O.S.No.185 of 2022 on the file of the Sub Court, Manamadurai.

2. With the consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that the third respondent would not take any steps till the disposal of the suit in O.S.No.185 of 2022 on the file of the Sub Court, Manamadurai. 2/4
