ORDER
According to the petitioner, the petitioner has made a complaint dated 06.10.2017 before the respondents. But, so far, no action has been taken on the said complaint. Therefore, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired and the same was closed. The copy of the closure report has also been produced before this Court. 3.Therefore, the prayer sought for herein is now become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is for the petitioner to workout her remedy before the appropriate forum.
